Global economic update and perspectives on the outcome of the US mid-term elections with Citibank
The American Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with Citi is delighted to provide members with a global economic update and perspectives on the outcome of the US mid-term elections. The presentation will be followed by an opportunity for Q&A. Faraz Syed is a Senior Economist at Citi Research Australia/New Zealand. His work has focused on macroeconomic analysis and forecasting across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to Citi, Faraz worked for Moody Analytics and was a research economist with the Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics and Sciences. James Bond is Head of Government Affairs for Australia and New Zealand and has more than 30 years' experience across government, policy and regulatory affairs. Before joining Citi in 2017, he held senior roles at the Financial Services Council, PwC and the office of former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, as well as positions within Australian and Tasmanian Treasury departments.
