Bio
As the Head of Finance and a Director of Pfizer New Zealand, Anita is currently the most senior Pfizer executive in NZ, playing a key leadership role for the Company in both the NZ business environment and also within Pfizer Inc internationally representing the NZ operations.
With an experience tenure of 27 years in the Pfizer business, Anita has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience of the pharmaceutical industry, including a strong history of integrity in governance practice, both within the Board setting, and in operational governance and management. Over the course of her career, Anita has developed extensive experience leading mergers and acquisitions and legal entity changes and process and systems implementations within Pfizer NZ operations.
Anita is a Member of the NZ Institute of Directors, and an experienced Board Director serving on the board of Pfizer New Zealand Limited, PF OFG New Zealand ULC, PF Consumer Healthcare New Zealand ULC and Hospira NZ Limited. Additionally, Anita is also the founding Chair of Pfizer New Zealand’s Corporate Social Responsibility program.
