Today we're announcing that we have raised US$19M in our Series A and follow-on financing, led by our good friends at Blackbird.

The funding is helping us scale to meet global demand and accelerate production of the VS–9. Our production line is already underway with multiple boats in build here at Vessev HQ. 

To add to the excitement, we’re also announcing our entry into the US market and our first US customer, FlyTahoe! Next month, the VS–9 will debut in NYC for  #NewYorkClimateWeek before heading to Washington, DC and then Lake Tahoe for on-water demonstrations.

It’s hard to believe that four years ago the VS–9 was just an idea on a napkin. We had a small team who designed and built it all in-house, and in 2024 it flew for the first time. Now our vessels have logged more than 11,000 nautical miles in commercial operation and our team is nearly 60 strong.
