Announcement of the Sale of Aeroqual

I’m proud to share that Aeroqual has been acquired by Industrial Scientific, a division of Fortive Corporation.

This milestone represents a fantastic outcome for our team and a well-earned reward for the hard work and dedication of our staff, advisors, and supporters. My sincere congratulations and thanks to everyone involved.

A special acknowledgement goes to Geoff Henshaw and our shareholders, whose vision and commitment built a New Zealand business that now exports nearly 100% of its products and services to customers around the world.

I’m excited for the next chapter and look forward to working with our new owners as we continue the Aeroqual journey.
