From these humble beginnings\, Zuru has grown into one of the world’s top 10 toy companies. The company designs\, markets and produces more than 600\,000 toys a day\, supplying its products to major retailers in over 120 countries.  Zuru now has more than 5\,000 employees who work in 18 offices and 4 company-owned factories. The siblings’ success was born largely out of a radical idea to move their business to China at a very early stage. It enabled them to greatly cut operating costs and gave them a competitive edge.  Nick is applying his disruptive commercial model to the fast-moving consumer goods market with Zuru Edge.   Nick’s biggest project\, Zuru Tech\, is set to revolutionize the housebuilding sector\, aiming to build homes for a 10th of today’s cost.
