Established in 1981\, Craig maintains 100% ownership of Progressive Meats which has evolved into a significant global business\, involving venison\, lamb and beef farming\, procurement\, slaughter\, processing\, cold storage services\, marketing and exporting of lamb cuts\, lamb pelts\, slipe wool\, pet food\, casings and pharmaceutical products.
