Dion Nash - former Black Cap, turned businessman. Triumph & Disaster sets out to make male grooming more accessible and appealing to guys by drawing on old fashioned values and wrapping them in a little rock & roll swagger.  Triumph & Disaster was voted one of the top 5 independent brands recently and is currently retailed in over 500 stores worldwide, with distribution that includes New Zealand, Australia, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, Singapore and growing.

Dale Clareburt - Dale is the Co-Founder and CEO of Weirdly, a customised recruitment software that filters job applicants by cultural fit. Weirdly won the Best Emerging NZ Innovator in 2016 and has started to make serious in-roads into global markets. She has over 20 years experience in the Recruitment industry where she held senior roles both in NZ and globally. Dale is very enthusiastic about all things related to the future of work, start-up ecosystems and AI/Machine learning.

James Bergin - innovator/intrapreneur/dad. James is the Chief Architect at ASB bank and father of three young children.  As a father, James has a keen interest in financial literacy and the challenge of teaching new generations about money. He believes that as money becomes less tangible in our digital world, we need to find new ways of using technology to impart good money habits to our kids in order to increase their financial well-being.  At ASB James is helping the 168-year-old bank to rethink itself as a tech company, licensed and trusted to provide financial services.
